Cancelled 60+ days prior to departure 100% refund
Cancelled 30–60 days prior to departure 50% refund
Cancelled within 30 days of departure No refund

● In case the trip is cancelled or postponed from our end, a full refund will be initiated without question.
● You can send someone in your place if you are not able to come — see Flexible Options below.

2.3 Flexible Options

Traveler Substitution

If you are unable to travel, you may send another person in your place. The substitution request must be submitted to info@thegetawayclub.in at least 20 days before departure. The replacement traveler must meet all trip requirements. Zero cancellation fee applies for approved substitutions.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government travel bans, pandemics, or any situation beyond reasonable control — a full credit note valid for 6 months will be issued for a future trip with The Getaway Club.

2.4 Cancellation by The Getaway Club

To cancel or substitute a booking, write to info@thegetawayclub.in with your booking name and retreat. We will confirm in writing within 2 working days.
