These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.thegetawayclub.in and any travel services booked through The Getaway Club, operated by Methi Hospitality, registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
By booking a trip with us, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1.1 Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount of ₹20,000 (non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy).
- Full balance payment is due 30 days before the trip departure date.
- Methi Hospitality reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed booking if payment is not received within the stipulated timeline.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2 Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers are solely responsible for arranging valid travel documents including passport (minimum 6 months validity), visa, and travel insurance.
- Travelers must disclose any medical conditions prior to the trip that may affect participation in activities.
- Travelers are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. The Getaway Club will not be liable for missed activities due to late arrival.
- Travelers must behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, trip leaders, local guides, and host communities. Any traveler found violating this will be removed from the trip without a refund.
1.3 Itinerary Changes
- The Getaway Club reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotels, or activities due to weather, safety, operational, or force majeure conditions.
- All inclusions will be maintained to the best possible standard. Any substitution will be of equal or higher value.
- The order of activities may change without prior notice.
1.4 Liability
- Methi Hospitality acts as an organizer and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the trip.
- Participation in all activities is at the traveler's own risk.
- The Getaway Club is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the trip.
- International flights, visa fees, and travel insurance are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
1.5 Alcohol & Personal Conduct
- Consumption of alcohol is entirely at the traveler's own risk. Trip leaders will not be responsible for any actions taken under the influence.
- Travelers are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, public property, or any third-party property during the trip.
1.6 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
